I was somewhat shocked to see that Montefiore Einstein hospital ran a full-page ad in last Sunday’s New York Times headlined “Best heart transplant program in the U.S.” Yes indeed, the next time I’m in need of a heart transplant I shall remember the ad and book myself in. And if I ever get cancer, I’ll remember the campaign they ran in the NY Times featuring break dancers with the headline. "Talent is best spotted early. So is cancer" By the way... A full-page color ad in the Times costs about $159,000 plus.
