Mary... Mary.... Not Contrary!!!

Sad to hear the news that Mary Wells Lawrence, the kick ass Mad Men-era creative icon and agency owner, died on Saturday in London at the age of 95. There are not many of us old geezers left. I had the pleasure of working with Mary at Tinker. She certainly had balls and produced great work at DDB, and Tinker before founding   WRG. Also worked with her first husband Bert at B&B, back in the sixties. Will write more when I get out of this fucking bed!
