The Big Dumb Holding Companies (BDHC’s) are apparently feeling the impact of lower spending from their technology clients. Or so the Rupert “Wizened of Oz” Murdoch’s Wall Street Journal rag tells us, showing that many of their Big Dumb Agencies (BDA’s) are seeing more caution from some big tech advertisers, this means slower project work, delayed starts of new business and other signs of a pullback. Obviously, this will mean massive layoffs for the serfs, whilst management continues to trouser massive “Performance” bonuses whilst booking their yachts for next year's Cannes.
