Seems like he’s done it again. This time it’s in Britain with “talkTV” a new television channel that has been rated as having “zero viewers” during primetime broadcasts, as the new television channel struggles to attract an audience despite signing up ace fucktard, Piers Morgan, in a fifty million fucking quid 3 year deal! The talkTV ratings are a challenge for the News UK chief executive, Rebekah Brooks, who is need of a hit after sinking tens of millions of pounds into the project. Never forget, she was in charge at the News of the World when it was revealed that her team of scumbag reporters had been hacking into a murdered girl’s cell phone. The paper was shut down and Rebekah disappeared for a few years inside "Rupe's" Empire of Evil. Seems like everything Murdoch touches turns to shit.

When Elon Musk announced his bid to buy Twitter last month, he said he wanted to make the social network a beacon for free speech. So, guess what? He is currently planning to accept financing for the deal from two countries that have historically restricted freedom of speech: Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Both countries impose harsh censorship to quash dissent: A Qatari law states that spreading “false or malicious news” can land you in prison for five years, while in Saudi Arabia, critics of the government have faced arrest and even murder. Saudi Arabia ranks number 166 out of 180 on the World Press Freedom Index, while Qatar ranks number 119.

C4 Capital finally discloses its capital.

So, the Poisoned Dwarf has finally published S4 Capital’s financials for 2021. Sorrell's new “Dark Star” company hit its first major hurdle in late March when it was forced to delay its results because the auditor was not willing to sign them off, wiping more than 40% off its share price on the day. The company finally published the results on Friday, with sales and profit in line with guidance and a full-year outlook of 25% growth for 2022. Sorrell says the company had already made significant changes to its staffing line-up after it discovered control weaknesses and a lack of detailed documentation in its content division, regarding the accounting for uncompleted projects. In other words, heads have rolled in order to make Sorrell’s coffers continue brimming with dosh.

News that two senior Havas Douchenozzles are stepping aside whilst complaints about their conduct towards female members are being investigated. Julien Carette and Christophe Coffre, CEO and creative director, respectively, have both stepped down while the investigation is conducted following the anonymous accusations made on the Instagram account Balance Ton Agency (Balance Your Agency). Further proof that the senior management of most BDHC’s run their fiefdom as if they were back in the 18^th century, whilst trousering multi-millions for their pathetic performance.

Reading about a campaign tied to National Nurses Week, May 6-12, which some nurses say is a joke given the recognition often received -- such as pet rocks embossed with a “Nurses Rock” label. Reminded me of my association with the inventor of the “Pet Rock,” which was created by a California ad writer, Gary Dahl. The guy made $1 million.” As the fad fizzled, Dahl estimated that he had sold 1.5 million Pet Rocks for $3.95 each – not a bad haul for devising a ridiculous but pleasant pet. However, he did buy a bar, Carrie Nation’s, in Los Gatos where I lived. So obviously I was one of his main customers. Hey, you have to support local businesses. Right?

Shareholders can pretend to vote on executive pay, ‘cos it is advisory only. This means CEO Mark Penn will trouser just over $12 million. Which is peanuts compered to one time CEO, Miles Nadal’s haul back in 2015. Who besides having all rich guy play things… Yachts, Jets, high priced hookers, had the MDC Brain Fucking Dead shareholders buy him . a McLaren P1 Formula One racing car… Which has at least a million dollar price tag. He then spent a dumpster load of dough having it hand painted in the color of his dick, or something. ‘Cos that’s what you do when you fuck your shareholders… And they are stupid enough to put up with it!

With Twitter poised to host its annual NewFronts pitch to advertisers tomorrow, the presentation is drawing extra attention from the ad biz, as well as a coalition of advocacy groups, in the wake of Elon Musk's acquisition. While speculation is rampant about whether Musk will make an appearance and/or a statement about his intentions for Twitter, the coalition of 26 organizations spearheaded by media industry watchdog Media Matters for America, is calling on Musk to pledge to uphold "three nonnegotiable standards of community trust and safety," or risk a call to advertisers to pull their spending from the platform. Do you think he’ll take any notice? As Zippy the Pin Head would put it so succinctly...

Last week, because my brain is turning to porridge, I did my Kate Moss Friday post on Thursday. Today is Tuesday and here’s another “Intentional” Kate post. It’s actually a Kate and Lila post. Lila Moss stunned in her debut at this year's Met Gala, taking to the red carpet alongside her mum who is a veteran of the event. Lila, wore a nude look by Burberry, with a sheer dress studded with diamonds and a bodysuit underneath. Meanwhile her mum opted for a black tuxedo dress, clutch, and a “simple” diamond necklace worth a few grand.

Garlic Galore...

Garlic freaks rejoice. The Gilroy Garlic Festival will be back this year after a two-year pandemic pause. For those not in the know, Gilroy is a California town South of San Francisco that with typical American modesty refers to itself as “The Garlic Capitol of the World.” It certainly smells like it, even from miles away. If you visit the Festival, you will be able to pig out on such gourmet delights as Garlic Ice Cream and Garlic Wine. Ugh, fucking ugh. Can you imagine?
