In the “You can’t make this shit up” category, Newsweek tells us that fake firm, Cyber Ninja’s will file for bankruptcy, and CEO, Doug Logan, will start a new firm with the same employees. Best summed up in this comment...  Following the trump business model. Start a company using other people’s money and a deliberately vague and flimsy business model. Run a few jobs. Fail miserably. Declare bankruptcy while leaving others holding the bag. Rinse. Repeat. Further proof that America is being fucked rigid by the MAGA “Morans.”

Sad news today... (Sarcasm alert) Cyber Ninja’s, the farcical firm hired by the Arizona state Senate to conduct a review of Maricopa County’s election results, on Thursday announced that it is shutting down after a county government report slammed the firm and a judge ordered it to pay $50,000 a day in fines. Maricopa County released a report this month, arguing Cyber Ninjas made 22 misleading claims, 41 inaccurate claims and 13 claims that were false. All employees have been sacked and will return to their respective Shoguns immediately.

Following on from my post of yesterday about being surprised that Fox News actually ran virtually all of Biden’s speech on their Web site during the anniversary of the January 6^th Der Trumpf created assault on The Capitol... I was brought back to reality by this in the Independent.  At one point on Thursday while representative Adam Kinzinger was recounting the US Capitol insurrection on CNN, and on MSNBC there was a report on the Justice Department’s probe into the riot, the Fox News Channel aired a video of a painting dog to illustrate a discussion about people maxing out on screen time, This snapshot of the day’s TV on 6 January highlights a divergence in the coverage of the first anniversary of the riot that was clear from Thursday’s earliest hours. Between 6.20am and 9am, the Fox and Friends show mentioned the anniversary only twice.

I must say that I was surprised that Fox News actually ran virtually all of Biden’s speech today on their Web site. In it he hammered the crap out of Der Trumpf and his responsibility for the January 6^th Insurrection. Although, I was not surprised by the hundreds of comments from the cretinous Fox audience. All of them spouting the usual shit that the election was stolen. There was but one single comment refuting this... “81 million people voted for Biden while 74 million voted for Trump. It would seem that reality disagrees with you. Not that I expect you to acknowledge it.” The rest of the comments were pathetic. When Murdoch finally kicks it and goes to burn in Hell. I hope he’ll keep a seat warm for the Obergropenfuhrer.

No surprise to read that Super Arse Kisser, Missy Lindsey Graham is taking credit for getting twice impeached, one term, former president Der Trumpf, to cancel his scheduled press conference on the anniversary of the Capitol Hill insurrection. Graham is a major sycophant and boot licker of Der Obergropenfuhrer who told Axios that he “discussed the subject with Mr. Trump over a weekend golf match in West Palm Beach”. Yeah, golf. No surprise there either.

Interesting bit of news today that hints at the slow, but never-ending demise of the USA. Headlines tell us that... “Toyota dethrones GM as U.S. sales leader after nearly a century at the top.” Yes, Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corp outsold General Motors Co in the United States in 2021, marking the first time the Detroit automaker has not led U.S. auto sales for a full year since 1931. Toyota sold 2.332 million vehicles in the United States in 2021, compared with 2.218 million for General Motors. Just as great empires rise and inevitably fall leadership never lasts forever. Fuck... There’s a bit of AdScam deep philosophical bullshit for ya. That deserves a breakfast beer.

As I never get tired of telling you, the current ad biz is well and truly fucked up and a sad reflection of what it used to be. The latest example of “What douchenozzle came up with this shit?” is Pabst Blue Ribbon’s insult to its customers, telling those choosing to abstain from drinking during the month of January... “Not drinking this January. Try eating ass.” When someone on Twitter asked the company what the tweet against “Dry January” was about, it said “it’s about ass and eating it.” One user took the opportunity to make fun of the beer company, writing, “PBR or ass? What’s the difference?” The brand replied: “Ask your mom.” Perhaps PBR should ask its Mum who’s responsible for this shit? Then fire their ass.

Piss is better than ass.
