Further proof that the ad biz is becoming increasingly fucked is provided by the news that “Explore Branson,” the tourism board for Branson, MO, located in the Ozark Mountains, tapped Texas-based “Proof Advertising” as its creative agency of record. The account was awarded following a review that began with 19 agencies. Yes, you read that right, nineteen fucking agencies pitched for the account. And what do you reckon the account probably bills... A couple of hundred thousand dollars at most. Yeah... The ad biz is well and truly fucked.
