As I have ranted in the past, when it comes to daft company names, the ad agency business takes the cake. My favorite one was called... “The Middlewhich School for Girls.” It went bust after a couple of years. Now, MediaPost informs us that... “Industry vets launch Tack NYC.” Yes the name of the agency is “Tack.” Does this mean that its products are “Tacky?” No, you can’t make this shit up.
