Both AdAge and AdWeek are reporting today that "Rock Star" Julie Roehm's lawsuit against Big Bad Wal-Mart has been thrown out of court in Michigan because the judge says she fucked up by not filing in Arkansas. First, a little bugle blowing here. I posted this "News" 24 hours ago on AdScam. As both AdWeek and AdAge reported the news on their on-line editions 24 hours later, what the fuck were they doing all day yesterday? Doing three martini "Mad Men" lunches? Isn't being on-fucking-line supposed to be all about getting shit out there while it's still current? Second, not one of the reports used the word FUCK once...
