Julie has lost the first part of her battle with UberMonster Wal-Mart, as the first part of her pathetic suit has been tossed from a Michigan state court. Judge Denise Langford Morris dismissed Roehm's lawsuit on August 16, ruling that her employment contract requires any litigation to be filed in Wal-Mart's home state, Arkansas. It is unclear whether Roehm will appeal, refile, or seek a settlement. But who the fuck knows with this looney... If the even crazier people behind the curtains who are funding this major fucking exercise in futility are willing to pump even more money into this fiasco... In about ten years, we could see Julie in the Supreme Court!!!
