Just a quickie on Julie, then I'll do a post on the PSFK Conference. I know there's a difference of opinion between all the people who post comments... And I thank you all, sincerely, 'cos getting that kind of reaction from readers is what makes writing AdScam so worthwhile. None of us know how this will turn out, but I am sure Wal-Mart will survive... It is the 800 pound fucking gorilla for crying out loud... Julie, I think will regret the day she joined Wal-Mart and thought, as she was a fucking rock star/change agent... Which I blame the fucking media for... Why do they consistently print this shit... Anyway... She fucked up big time... Not just because she fucked a fellow employee, or did the "Effen - Effen" thing, or trying to pull a deal for future employment with "The Gorilla." No, because if she had half a brain she should have known there was no way she would change the way Wal-Mart does business... It's the worlds biggest retailer because of the way it markets itself... Cheap shit for people who live in trailers... And its in fucking Arkansas!!! She was doomed from day one. But that's what a combination of a huge ego and no brains will do to you. And that's why she deserves everything that's going to happen to her. On a final note I loved this quote in one of the papers... "I've never met [Ms. Roehm]," Mr. Jacobs said. "She's obviously off the wall. But to think that her lawyers would put this in a legal document with absolutely no basis or truth to it ... there's going to be a lot of embarrassed people before this thing is over with." Amen to that!!!
