I just posted a reply to Tyler's comment on my last Julie post, which I want to update a little. Firstly, whether or not everyone in Wal-Mart is getting kickbacks, which I very much doubt, the fact that it was written into her contract that this is against company policy means you cannot use as a defense the fact that others are engaged in it. That would be like claiming at the Nuremberg trials that the reason you killed millions of Jews was because everyone else was doing it. I should think the Wal-Mart legal eagles will make short thrift of that. Also, did you notice she's stopped playing the "I was was a defenseless woman surrounded by all these big bad guys" card? And the other thing she's going to have a hard time explaining away was the fact that she was sending reams of fucking confidential Wal-Mart documents and emails to Draft/FCB, even before they were hired. You just know all those ex CIA fuckers who run the Wal-Mart "Black-Ops" in the sub-basement have got reams and reams of evidence on that. And I just have a feeling that Wal-Mart is a bunch of pussies compared to this guy Jacobs. People like that get to be what they are because they make "Ming the Merciless" look like Santa Claus. Finally, after all this shit, do you think any company in it's right mind would hire someone insanely capable of raking up this much shit. Unless she has a book deal, this woman will never work again. And if she does have a book deal... Jacobs is going to take every fucking penny!
