According to a piece in Information Week, Microsoft is unhappy about the release of the Microsoft training videos I posted about earlier in the week. A Microsoft spokeshack said in an email. "These videos were produced for internal use and were never intended to be viewed by the public." To which I say, why the fuck not? Microsoft shouldn't be trying to locate whoever released the videos for some kind of punishment, they should be thanking them for putting a very humane and humorous face on the company. As I’ve already said "Could you imagine Steve Jobs doing an Apple Video as self depreciating?" One correction on the story, reporter Antone Gonsalves talks about Stephen Merchant being an actor on “The Office.” Wrong… He wasn’t an actor in the series. He co-wrote it with Ricky Gervais.
And I always thought Bill had a sense of humor!
