Over at WPP the shareholders are revolting. (Except me with my five shares.) Not long ago WPP Chairman Roberto Quarta rather dismissively told an analyst that the company wasn’t going to divulge the details surrounding what the firm had called an allegation of personal misconduct against the Poisoned Dwarf. Now shareholders are planning to revolt over the secret handling of its sacking of His Gnomeship. The Times reports that shareholders want fuller disclosure about what he was accused of and what the investigation found. Shareholder advisory group Glass Lewis is leading the charge, advising investors to vote against Quarta's re-election at June’s AGM. Sounds like a giant fuck up to me.
