Just last week I posted about the consolidation of space at “Hoboken East” and how a couple of floors might be sublet to another company. Several AdScamers informed us that the floors were going to be taken over by Grey. Now, news out of Blighty tells us that in his continuing quest for world domination, the “Poisoned Dwarf” is merging OgilvyAction and G2 to create a “Global Activation Powerhouse.” Fuck me, nothing like a bit of understatement, is there? Together the agencies will manage such mind numbingly boring areas as consumer activation, trade marketing, shopper marketing, one-to-one marketing and digital activation. All potential Cannes winners in the 10,000 category, ever expanding fuck-fest!
