The margins on direct are better, you’ve got the just-in-time manufacturing model that’s perfect for it… And, you know when the advertising works, ‘cos that’s when the orders come in. None of that branding shit. Get a decent agency. I’ve got more advice, but now it’ll cost ya. Call me.
