Following on from last week’s post about the pathetic results Interpublic posted last year, AdScamer, Evelyn Y Davis, commented… Does anybody think Michael Roth will accept responsibility for putting Nick Brian and Larry Boschetto in their jobs? The industry reaction alone should have told him what incredible no-talents these two are. They were his handpicked choices and he deserves to pay the price. His bonus should be zero and he should be given an exit package. Picking management is the number one job for a CEO. Roth has failed the shareholders in the biggest way. Although Evelyn is undoubtedly right Roth is entrenched, and Interpublic deep throats reassure me, he has the IPG board completely up his hairy arse. He aint going anywhere and will continue to award himself gigantic performance awards. We are, however reassured that the search for Boschetto’s replacement should be completed by the end of the first quarter… Oh fucking yes… See the DDD (Douchenozzle Departure Date) counter below.
