As a follow on to my post on Friday about the Victors & Spoils renaming of California ad agency, DW+H. Yes folks, a fucking advertising agency, which on its Web site, claims to be an agent of positive change, yet does not seem capable of changing their own name – And exactly what the fuck is wrong with DW+H, anyway? I shall be curious to see what the ad trades have to say about it today. I’m pretty sure Agency Spy will be on the case, ‘cos ever since Kiran took over the helm, those guys are quick off the mark with their stories. AdAge will probably ignore it, ‘cos they have more important shit to do, like pedaling all their overpriced, boiler-plate conferences for BDA fucktards. AdWeek may pick it up, probably via Ace reporter Noreen O’Leary. Stuart “The world’s worst reporter” Elliott at the New York Times will be too busy breaking the news about the new billboard campaign for the Dubuque Undertakers Association. So, it’ll be down to AdScam’s unmatched team of deep dirt digging readers to expose this shit. What I really want to know is how the fuck David Jones is going to explain to the Havas board why he pissed away $3 million on this?
