Rebekah “The Red Medusa” Brooks, has now been formally charged with hacking phones whilst in the employ of the “The Wizened of OZ” editing his rancid rags. Loved this bit in the formal charge sheet… Ms. Brooks, 44, unemployed, of Churchill, Oxfordshire was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 3 September, 2012. Yes indeed, and even if she doesn’t do any hard time, she’ll probably never work in journalism again. Although, you never fucking know, these days. Apart from the rich and famous, specifically listed in the charge is that the hacking that was done into the voice mail of 13 year old murder victim, Milly Dowler. All this shit happened when she was running the News of the World, quite possibly the world’s greatest example of filthy journalism. Which before Murdock closed it down, had the highest circulation of any British Sunday paper… Which says something particularly nasty about the British reading public. Word is that Rupert has now disowned her… No fucking surprise there.
