He was supposed to be tried on corruption charges (Who, Silvio, corruption?) for bribing a British lawyer – I am shocked, shocked, I say – Anyway, three of Italy’s finest judges threw out the case ‘cos they said that the statute of limitations on the charge had already expired. The judges are expected to take delivery of their new Ferraris later this week. You have to take your fucking hat off to old Silvio. For years he’s got away with everything from buying sex from teenage bimbos to hosting his famous “Bunga-Bunga” parties for his fellow incorruptible politicians. Caligula must be jealous as shit!
