Blame me for being somewhat repetitive, but, I do like to repeat comments from the more erudite AdScamer’s. And this one in particular, from Tom, AdScamer extraordinaire, caught my eye in reference to my Delany post about the shenanigans going on over at Interpublic… Although, full disclosure, I believe the "other" Tom, has scored a mighty couple of hundred bucks on his recent minor investment in IPG stock. But, moving on. Here is what Tom had to say… Roth has a dilemma. He knows he has to fire both Boschetto at Draft and Brien at McCann. But can he acknowledge his past mistakes in personally putting such inept losers in charge of his biggest agencies? Would Martin Sorrell or John Wren promote such incompetent jerks to big jobs? So what will Roth do? Absolutely nothing as usual. The stock is a dog and the company behind it is laughable. And Larry Boschetto and Nick Brien continue to spin disaster. What more can I say? Fuck all, God bless the erudite AdScamers who never fail to deliver!!!
