I’ve made no secret of the fact that I think Ogilvy is a great place to work. I’ve stood up at every Town Hall sharing my mission to put in place the programs and practices to drive every individual’s career success at the agency. In addition to personal and professional development, there is a tangible culture that makes Ogilvy like no other agency.
