You have to laugh at the news in the Guardian this week that teenagers think Twitter is a giant wank. Mind you, they also think that about television, newspapers and radio. Probably cuts into their drinking and shagging time. This is all based on a research note written by a 15-year-old Morgan Stanley intern that described his friends' media habits. Wait a fucking minute… A FIFTEEN YEAR old intern!!! No wonder the financial business is fucked. Anyway, this young wanker wrote… "Teenagers do not use Twitter. Most have signed up to the service, but then just leave it as they realize that they are not going to update it (mostly because texting Twitter uses up credit, and they would rather text friends with that credit). They realize that no one is viewing their profile, so their tweets are pointless." Well, maybe this fifteen year old has more common sense than all the older fucktards currently tweeting their churlish brains out. He also said teenagers were using more and more media, but they were unwilling to pay for it. Oh fucking dear… There goes all those billions in revenue everyone keeps saying are just over the horizon once you’ve captured all these young fuckers… Mmmm, where have I heard that before?
Pigeon post... It's Wednesday, remember?

Ha, you beat me to it........I just read the report and actually thought of posting you the link.
None the less here is the Morgan Stanley Report

Twitter is for fucking twats.
But I love how a fucking 15yr old and a sample of his mates now constitutes 'research'.
Just goes to show how apparently grown up folk instantly turn into fucking lobotomized clueless desperate cunts at the mere fucking mention of the words "teen" and "twitter."
Absolutely fucking laughable.
You would have thought fuckers like Morgan have done enough already to fucking humiliate themselves.
Bunch of fucking jokers.
Fucking shame on them.

The world has truly gone mad.
A 15 year old “expert”.
Is there no word more overused and misused these days than expert?
Perhaps “genius” is.
Which this kid might be as well. And not just to his parents and grandparents.
What’s worse: that this kid has influence at Morgan Stanley, or that it gets so much serious attention (reportedly) from media and business types?
My normal response (anachronistic, apparently) to things like this is: who cares what a 15 year old thinks?
But then I think: well, we’re talking money. Maybe. Maybe it’s worth a listen. I haven’t read the whole report, and I don’t plan to. But what this “expert” is saying, on the surface, seems pretty obvious to me.
I’m no 15 year old. Not anymore. But if I were to offer my “expert” analysis to Morgan Stanley, I’d sum it up this way: these kids don’t want to pay for anything.
Which brings me back to my initial instinct.
Who cares what a 15 year old thinks?

I believe it was a small boy who pointed out "The Emperor Has No Clothes."
Apparently that boy went on to say, "Twitter is for fucktards" and "I want everything on the interweb for free".
