Speaking of JWT, do you remember when I posted a couple of years ago about them opening an office in Kabul, Afghanistan. That's right, fucking Afghanistan. I wonder how many times Bob Jeffrey has dropped in for a game of polo. You know, the version they play with a dead goat for a ball. And the losers get their hands chopped off before being stoned to death. Anyway, I wondered how they are getting on and if the Poisoned Dwarf was getting rich from all the fucking opium ads they must run. Checked it out,,, Nada... Fuck all. It's still listed on the JWT "Impossible to navigate" Web site... But no news. I did drag up a fact sheet they put out in 2006, with such gems as 4 out of 5 Afghanis are illiterate, so all the ads are just pictures. Sounds like a fucking art directors paradise. But guys, no naked chicks, OK. Especially if you want to keep your fucking head.
