Le Frogs increasingly dans le Merde!
Less than a month after the news that HP Was possibly looking to consolidate all its Technology Solutions Group advertising in one shop, comes the news that they are about to do the same thing with all their media planning and buying. The big loser on most of this will probably be Publicis. Right now, they are doing pretty shitty ad work in comparison to Goodby, while McCann seems to be fucking imploding. As for the media, that is all at Publicis's Zenith Optima. If they lose that, it's a fucking huge chunk of change, and Maurice "je suis l'Roi" Levy, will be extremely pissed. I'll bet my old mate, Gary Elliott, VP-corporate marketing at HP, will put a few nuts through the wringer on this one. Crack the fucking whip, Gary!
You lost the fucking HP account!!!

BBDO and YR has been sharing main duties for TSG for quite a while. Publicis has not been in the picture for the last 6-8 months.
YR handles the top of the line servers/enterprise solutions while BBDO supposedly handles the rest. D_fcb handles a fair chucnk of its interactive duties for the rest of its product lines.

No one should be surprised. Both Elliott and Mendenhall telegraphed as much in their ANA speeches.

Edw3rd...
Dead right. I forgot about Garrys speech. The writing was on the wall there. I know hes a big fan of Goodby, but these days, everyone is covering their arse.
Slowmo...
It used to be the biggest thing Publicis SF had... All fucking gone now.
