What the fuck is wrong with this wanker. He posted his story on the 30th of July. I posted on the 3rd of August on the fact that the Delaney Report reported on the swap round of Dell for Macs when Michael was paying a visit to the Austin offices, as well Dell was wondering when they would see their first fucking ad. It was all wrapped up with rumors of Casey Jones being in the hot seat. Does this mean I am now banned from ever writing about anything you have put up on your pathetic blog? Anyway fucktard... Who cares who broke the news first. Take the credit if it makes you feel good, perhaps this will this stand you in good stead with Media Bistro... The people who pay you and the other hacks to write agencyspy! I write AdScam 'cos I enjoy it. And a lot of people seem to like it. That's why I outrank you on the AdAge Power 150 and in the alexa rankings. Now please, stop sending me juvenile emails. I have a blog to write. Wanker!!!

Goddammit, Parker, your link made me accidentally go over to Agency Spy, where I also sought confirmation that “AS is back.” I saw no evidence to corroborate the declaration. In fact, here’s a sampling of the pap:

also great is how he tries to inform us who people are but leaves out crucial information. case in point: kirk souder. he didn't even know souder founded ground zero but listed nearly every other job up to college internships. that's as if he called lance amstrong a runner, ignorant of the fact that he won the tour de france a couple of times.

This guy really is something.

I wanted to test out whether agencyspy still had it's soul. I used to submit to their blog just as much as I do to George's. I sent both adscam and agencyspy the same exact "spy like" information. The result? George posted on it one hour later and received over 60 comments over the course of a few days. Agencyspy posted on George's post 3 days later and received no comments.

Based on that alone, agencyspy has lost it's heart. I've learned my lesson. George, you're my only...you complete me.

Hey Tanner - Admittedly, it was a slow start. But the stories I've been dishing over the last month have had a stronger kick than the Cheerios I was serving back in the beginning. Had to get the legs warmed up.

As for Mediabichstro's remark - unlike George, AS is bound more tightly to things like slander/libel law, and since I hope to have a career in the future and can't afford not to check up, I can't just post whatever you wrote, as much as I'd like to.

The technical issues we deal with are too many to list. It may sound like an excuse, but I'm not going to do the PR thing with it. I can't do jack about it, and I hate that the number of posts are down. It makes for an un-blog-like site.

If anyone wants a full explanation of those issues feel free to IM me and I'll waste 30 minutes of your time with the details.

This so called competition between AdScam and AS is BS, though. Trying to get people over to AS? Whatever, I'm just a writer and if you care to check out what I've put down, then do so. If not, keep George happy with your many, many comments.

In this case I merely wanted George to admit AS deserved at least some link love...A few months back when I made fun of Bogusky via the brand timeline...Georgie was all over me, saying I had "stolen" the idea from DJS (a mistake that I admitted, then corrected) - but when I covered the Dell/Mac thing he didn't find it important to attribute...Que? Maybe not a big deal to you all, but try having your name smeared a few times and we'll talk. Oh wait, you all get to be anonymous.

Anyway, I apologized for my mistake, both here and to DJS. Yeah, it's blogging, but at accountability still matters. That's why this post, and all these comments have come about.
