If you were to take a look at creative people around the world; artists, musicians, painters, poets, comedians, fashion people, sculptors, animators, chefs, architects, anyone under the age of 12, you will see not one has a stupid wheel or a phalanx of useless acronyms to guide them to their creativity.
The truth is, this industry has no idea how to treat creative people properly. Working in this industry over the past 10 years I can honestly count the agencies that know how to get the best from creatives on one hand.

First, neither shop was best-in-class in any category. FCB was hardly a creative shop. And to position Draft as a bastion of accountability implies FCB was not accountable; plus, in Draft’s case, accountability only means they worked cheap. Second, Huey, Dewey and Louie are hardly experts on successful marriages. Has anyone hooked up Jonathan yet? Howard’s probably still trying his model matchmaking, while Laurence likely invites Jonathan to cruise with him. The blaring rock music is deliberate—they obviously don’t want anyone to hear what’s actually being said.
