Why am I not surprised that CP+B as an encore to their abysmal Miller Lite "Man Laws" campaign fuck up, which cost them the account, has now compounded their frat boy ignorance of what this business is all about with the reported loss of ConAgra's, Orville Redenbacher, Pop Corn account. I mean c'mon guys, the work really SUCKED... As I posted on January 20th of this year, this was worse than "Saw 12." It isn't just a matter of being mature enough to realize that when you persuade a client to run this kind of dreck, then you had better cross all your fingers and toes and hope this shit actually works. The problem is, nine times out of ten, it never does. Even "Subservient Chicken" may have got a gazzillion hits on YouTube, but it didn't sell burgers. Eventually, even the most gullible of clients have to ask themselves... What the fuck is happening here? I hired you to create advertising that sold my stuff. Not create advertising that wins Titanium Dildos at Cannes and allows you to do an impossible to read, art directors nightmare, self aggrandizing book with a numbnuts title "Hoopla." Which sums up exactly what you fucking people are all about!!! Jesus... Doesn't anyone in this business ever think about what the hell we are supposed to be doing here? Phew... I feel better already.
